Terms of Service

What Intelpodre is

Intelpodre is a curated listen-path service. We design ordered sequences of podcast episodes around a goal you describe; we do not host or stream any podcast ourselves. Episodes play in the podcast app of your choice, and each show remains the property of its creators. Show and episode details come from public podcast directories and may be incomplete or out of date.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Intelpodre, or older where local law requires. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person per account.

Acceptable use

Don't harass other users, don't post unlawful content as claims or path summaries, don't scrape the service, and don't attempt to access accounts that aren't yours. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Content you post

Claims, ratings, reviews, and published path titles and summaries are visible to other Intelpodre users. You retain ownership of what you post; you grant Intelpodre a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your contributions.

AI-generated output

Listen paths, bridge notes, replacements, and coach replies are generated by AI and may contain mistakes — wrong dates, mis-attributed guests, episodes that have since been removed. Treat them as curatorial starting points, not as factual records.

Premium tier

Producer (the paid tier) is billed via the relevant app store or web payment processor. Cancellation removes access at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds except where required by law.

Termination and data

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

Intelpodre is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow this limitation; in those, our liability is capped at the lesser of £100 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to you in-app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
